Clinic Services

The Clinic offers free professional counselling sessions to Adults, Youth, Children (6+), Couples, and Families through secure video conferencing and in person sessions. Services are provided by City University Master of Counselling Internships students, under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist.

As a provider of mental health services, we are committed to providing you with a high-quality brief therapy experience.  We recognize that you may be coming to us for many reasons, some of them highly personal and we want you to know that we are the safe place that you are looking for.  Maybe you’ve arrived here for your first counselling experience, maybe you’ve been to many past sessions. It is possible that someone in your life told you that you needed to come, or that you just knew it was the right thing to do.  All of these are good reasons to come to counselling and we appreciate you choosing us to work with you.

If you are from a community organization and you are interested in knowing more about partnering opportunities, we are happy that you’ve reached out.  Because our clinic is attached to a university campus and Master of Counselling program, our services are steeped in evidence and the most recent literature.  Our faculty are experienced clinicians and attentive scholars who offer a wealth of knowledge and resources that you may have access to.  If you are interested in a presentation for your organization or some other learning opportunity, our student therapists are keen to get to know more about how they can be helpful.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey. We look forward to receiving your inquiries!
